When do we say enough?

A horrific reality continues in America. Yet another Black man was lynched by the racism in our system that allows it to continue. When do we say enough? Was it with 12-year-old Tamir Rice in 2014? Was it with Walter Scott in 2015? Philander Castile in 2016? Jordan Edwards in 2017? Stephon Clark in 2018? Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and George Floyd this year?

It is past time to call these illegal killings anything but what they are - continued lynchings of Black men in America. It is past time to stand up to the continuing system of racism and white privilege which allows this to happen.
It is time for us to say ENOUGH. It is time for us to acknowledge our own complicity in these killings. If we do not speak out, it will not stop. We say, NO MORE KILLINGS.
